HOW
DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you place an order from our product list page, you will be taken
to a secure server where you will fill out our online order form. You
will answer an online questionnaire to provide information relevant to
your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will
submit your order for processing. You will then see a confirmation page

WHAT
HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT MY ORDER?
A US licensed physician will review the information you have submitted
and either approve or decline your request. If approved, the physician
will write the prescription and send it to the pharmacy where it will
be filled and shipped to you via FedEx. Your prescription will include
information explaining the usage, dose, and precautionary information
for your medication. You will also receive contact information for the
pharmacist in case you have any questions after you receive your medication.

DrugHealthStore has the following privacy statement in order to demonstrate
our firm commitment to privacy.
All information we collect (i.e.. email address, credit card numbers) is only used to fulfill our customer orders. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. Medical information is used by our medical staff to approve or decline orders for specific medications. We do not share any of your information with any other third parties.
WHAT
ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES?
Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to the pharmacy for
fulfillment. Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will
be filled and shipped within two business days. We will notify you only
if there is a problem with your order. If you do not hear from us, you
may assume that your order processed. All orders are shipped by Federal
Express delivery.
NO
P.O. BOXES
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Monday
thru Friday orders received by 3 p.m. will normally ship the same day.
WHAT
PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS DO YOU DISPENSE?
At this time, we only sell prescription items that are listed in the Website.
Since we fill prescriptions from online consultations, therefore we only
carry a very limited number of medications.

IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
You may cancel your order BEFORE the physician approves it by calling
our toll free number. If the order has not yet been approved by the physician,
we will cancel your order. You cannot cancel an order once the physician
has approved it.
