AcaiTrio Reviews

AcaiTrio review

AcaiTrio is a nonprescription diet supplement that is marketed within the weight loss category. It is one of dozens, if not hundreds of products that use the controversial acai berry “superfruit” as a part of its ingredients list. While it is widely agreed that this ingredient has nutritional benefits in terms of overall health and wellness, when it comes to its ability to promote fat loss, there is a much lower level of applause throughout the medical community.

Despite the fact that there has never been a single large, reputable study that has linked the use of acai berry to weight loss, clever marketing strategies have allowed product manufacturers to convince many consumers that this ingredient is the miracle that they have been waiting for.

Still, just because the product’s name is AcaiTrio and it includes this ingredient, it doesn’t necessarily mean that it won’t work. It simply means that it is unproven. For that reason, before deciding against this product, it is a good idea to take a closer look at everything else that it has to offer, and what else it contains.

The manufacturer of this specific product is called DoktorBio, which is located in the Czech Republic. At the time that this review was written, the company did have an official website, but it is notably more sales oriented than it is focused on helping to ensure that consumers could inform themselves about this product and whether or not it is right for their needs and dieting expectations.

The webpage made a wide variety of claims about the product and barely made any statements that were not in some way skewed to make sure that the individual reading it would be inclined to buy. That said, at no point on the website, at the time of the writing of this review, had the manufacturer gone to the extent to support the claims that it had made by backing them up with empirical evidence.

The ingredients within the product were listed on the website as being acai antioxidant, bromelain, and papain. What this means is that it is made of extracts of acai berry, pineapple, and papaya. All of those ingredients are quite commonplace in the nonprescription weight loss category but unfortunately, like acai, the other two ingredients are not supported by any large and reputable medical studies that would state that they have a direct connection to fat loss.
