Abortion basically is assumed to be an illegal act and considered a crime against humanity. It is very important to realize the purpose and logic of ones acts. Basically abortion is related to the removal of the fetus from the uterus of the mother prior to reaching the stage of viability. In this case it becomes very critical to decide, but the logical and wise decision is to go for an abortion but at the same time it is very important to understand the means and necessity of aborting an infant. Similarly some times abortion is occurred due to illegal pregnancy, either by rape or the youth involved fulfilling their sexual desires as an out come become pregnant. Therefore this is very important to understand the cause of abortion, in the above case if pregnancy is an out come of rape or incest then it is legal here it becomes illegal, because if abortion were legal in all cases, then soon America would be a baby city. Ever since the UN declaration of human rights, the issues of human rights have gained more importance among all the nations of the world. However, women rights are now of more concern. Moreover, The Civil Rights Act also played a very important role in promoting women right. However it is interesting and at the same time surprising to know that twenty-five years after the Supreme Court changed society by making abortion a constitutional right, modern technology has changed the abortion debate.
