  • Drink lots of water as it is essential to all bodily functions and has no calories.
  • Avoid colas and other sweet drinks. Drink only fresh juices as they contain essential nutrients.
  • Eat slowly and enjoy your food.
  • Concentrate on your goals, not your limitations. Weight loss cannot be achieved instantaneously, it requires hard work.
  • And keep in mind the purpose of losing weight is to lead a healthy life, not to become thin.
