Biggest Loser Workout

I was just wondering if anyone had any "success stories" while using this workout. I was walking through wal mart, and they have them on sale so i was wondering, cause i thought i had heard someone talk about it, but i would love to hear some success stories...or maybe the opposite. Point blank, does it work or not? lol, i would appreciate some feedback
