well, i'm new to this forum but i thought i would give it a shot
so i guess i'm a bit on the heavy side

. my doctor recently told me i had to lose some weight, so here i am checking out all these weight loss sites looking for a miracle.
i guess, after looking at my life a bit i would have to say my biggest fault is a lack of motivation when it comes to exercise. i am, afterall, a self-proclaimed couch potato to the extreme. so how do i motivate myself to get up and out to the - oh, man i can't believe i'm gonna say it - the gym, or the outdoors even for a walk?
can anyone give some good suggestions?
